This vinyasa class is a 75-minute high-energy moving meditation designed to unite mind, body, and breath. In this class you can expect to build strength, flexibility, balance, and inner peace while enjoying green space and connecting with the earth. Prepare to sweat while finding your mental, physical, and spiritual bliss! All levels welcome. Please bring your yoga mat and water.
