In honor of healing Black lives, Garden of Her is happy to announce Sol & Sound: An Outdoor Sound Healing Experience. This will be our final free community event as we close out the pandemic and welcome a new chapter for the summer of 2021! Amhara Empress will lead a powerful sound bath meditation with movement therapy and DJ Yoda will provide the incredible musical vibes we all love. Sound healing uses aspects of music, sound waves, and high vibration frequencies to improve spiritual, emotional and physical well-being.
