Moms At Om is a Pregnancy Yoga Studio located in West Los Angeles. We Nurture families through the very vulnerable time of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. We provide therapeutic pregnancy & postpartum yoga, birth doula consulting services, and yoga infused childbirth education. Our goal is to provide each family with compassionate connection for mom and baby from the yoga classroom to the labor & delivery room.
